How to say you are in pain, in Polish

For example, if my tooth hurts then say Boli mnie ząb. If you are telling someone that their tooth hurts then say Boli cię ząb.
If the item that hurts is plural then you should use bolą, for example bolą mnie zęby = my teeth hurt.
